My next retreat is tentatively scheduled for April of 2020, at Silver Falls Lodge. This will be a comprehensive retreat just for women aged 30 and up–a primer on whole-body wellness. Sessions will cover sustaining energy, ensuring longevity, building nutrient density; and we will also touch briefly on skincare, sleep and movement, all in light of ever-changing hormones. The handbook provided at the retreat will help participants to choose, set and track goals that resonate with you, long term.

The heart of the retreat will be three sessions on Saturday: 9am to noon, 1:30 to 4:30pm and a habit-building session from 7:30 to 8:30pm is optional. You may stay Friday night if you are interested in the Friday night session on skincare and skin-detox.
Stay Friday night, Saturday night, both nights, or no nights at all. The retreat options are flexible, to fit diverse budgets and schedules. Smoothie-making demos will be free of charge and are provided both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
No-nigher: $199 includes two farm-fresh meals, Saturday’s three retreat sessions, and handbook
One-nighter: $279 for a shared room, $329 for a private room; the extra skincare session, plus all of the items listed above. Includes three meals (you choose which night–Friday or Saturday).
Two-nighter: $359 shared room, $389 private room, includes five meals
A $199 deposit will be required at registration, and the remainder of your balance can be paid at the retreat, to allow for you to change your package and to allow for sharing a room with a friend of yours who may register later.
