This year’s Spring Retreat is scheduled for the weekend of April 26-28th at the Silver Falls Lodge in Silverton Oregon. This is a comprehensive retreat just for women aged 30 to 50–a primer on whole-body wellness. Sessions will cover sustaining energy, ensuring longevity, building nutrient density; and we will also touch briefly on skincare, sleep and movement, all in light of ever-changing hormones. The handbook provided at the retreat will help participants to choose, set and track goals that resonate with you, long term.

The heart of the retreat will be three sessions on Saturday: 9am to noon, 1:30 to 4:30pm and a Q&A session from 7:30 to 9pm is optional. You may stay Friday night, Saturday night, both nights, or no nights at all. The retreat options are flexible, to fit diverse budgets and schedules. I will offer one-on-one specials as an add on for those staying into Sunday. Smoothie-making demos will be free of charge and provided both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

One-nighter: $279 for a shared room, $329 for a private room; plus all of the items listed above, includes three meals (you choose which night–Friday or Saturday)
